Eskisi gibi bir oturu\u015fta yar\u0131m kokore\u00e7, yar\u0131m midye tava ve 15 tane midye dolma yemiyorum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay\u0131r yani, yerim de; biraz daha uzun ya\u015famak istiyorum tabii \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9 ya\u015f\u0131mdan beri sporla i\u00e7 i\u00e7eyim. Ortaokuldan beri karate, judo, aikido, muay-thai ve kung-fu yapt\u0131m. En son Aikido ile karar k\u0131ld\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ya\u015fland\u0131k\u00e7a ve sorumluluklar artt\u0131k\u00e7a budo sporlar\u0131n\u0131n da sonu geldi. Son 3-4 y\u0131ld\u0131r dojoya ad\u0131m atm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m yok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do\u011fu sporlar\u0131n\u0131n bana \u00f6\u011fretti\u011fi pek \u00e7ok \u015fey var. \u0130nsan bedeninin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 yok gibi bir \u015fey.
