Farkl\u0131 bakteri, maya ve k\u00fcflerin beraber ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir olu\u015fumdur. Ticari kuru maya ile yap\u0131lan ekmeklerde maya enfeksiyonu tehlikesi varken, ek\u015fi mayada b\u00f6yle bir tehlike yoktur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6- Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir ekmektir<\/strong><br>Probiyotik LAB bakterileri ve mayalar\u0131n simbiyozu bize sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir hamur i\u00e7in zemin haz\u0131rlar.
