Ek bir sonu\u00e7 olarak a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da ki bulgular\u0131 yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015flar.<\/p>\n<p>Bir grup domates bitkisinin \u00f6nce topra\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcbrelenmi\u015f ve sonra s\u0131v\u0131 yaprak g\u00fcbresi at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f.<br \/>\nDi\u011fer grup domateslere topraktan g\u00fcbre verilmemi\u015f ve sadece yapraktan mikrobiyolojik g\u00fcbre verilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak topraktan g\u00fcbre almayan grup hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li olmu\u015f.<br \/>\nFakat ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, yapraktan verilen ve domates saplar\u0131 ile haz\u0131rlanan g\u00fcbrenin i\u00e7erdi\u011fi bakteri su\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 tam olarak bilmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Tabii burada aksayan bir di\u011fer nokta da toprak olarak kullan\u0131lan \u015feyin i\u00e7eri\u011fi ve her bir domates bitkisinin hastal\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 direncinin fark edece\u011fi.<\/p>\n<p>Tabii ki uygulanan toprak g\u00fcbresinin de ne oldu\u011fu belli de\u011fil. Sentetik g\u00fcbre mi yoksa inek boku mu bilmiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Deneyin iyi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan bir tanesi de yaprak g\u00fcbresinin konsantresi. Suland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yaprak g\u00fcbresi (daha az bakteri) daha iyi bir koruma sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f. Az suland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yaprak g\u00fcbresi iyi sonu\u00e7 vermemi\u015f.<\/p>\n<h2 id='bitkiler-i\u0307\u00e7in-de-probiyotik'  id=\"boomdevs_1\">Bitkiler \u0130\u00e7in de Probiyotik<\/h2>\n<p>Probiyotik bakteriler sadece insanlar i\u00e7in de\u011fil bitkiler i\u00e7in de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131. \u00d6zellikle bitkilerin ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi i\u00e7in gerekli ama tek ba\u015f\u0131na bir i\u015fe yaram\u0131yor. Deneyin sonucunda daha fazla suland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f yaprak g\u00fcbresi daha iyi i\u015fe yarad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin, \u201cfazla koyal\u0131m daha iyi olsun\u201d g\u00fcd\u00fcs\u00fc burada i\u015fe yaram\u0131yor. Bu y\u00fczden \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin e\u011fitimi \u015fart.<\/p>\n<p>Bitkinin toprak \u00fcst\u00fcnde kalan ve bakteriyel a\u00e7\u0131dan pek fazla ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmayan k\u0131sm\u0131na filosfer (phyllosphere) deniyor. Toprak alt\u0131nda kalan ve bakteriler, mantarlar ve k\u00f6klerin i\u015f birli\u011fi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131sma ise rizosfer (rhizosphere) deniyor. Rizosfer hakk\u0131nda pek \u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma var fakat filosfer genelde bo\u015f verilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Topra\u011f\u0131n mikrobiyolojisi dengeli ise ve mantar bakteri pop\u00fclasyonu yerindeyse, bitkinin de 12 briks \u00f6zsuyu olur. Refraktometre ile bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclm\u00fcyorsa ve s\u00fcrekli tepeden g\u00fcbre at\u0131l\u0131yorsa sorunlar \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 a\u015fik\u00e2r.<\/p>\n<p>Do\u011fal olarak ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bu deneyde ticari olarak satabilecekleri bir bakteri kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve suland\u0131rma y\u00fczdesi bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Ama bu i\u015fi sadece serada yeti\u015fen domatesler \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. Konunun \u00e7ift\u00e7i sorunlar\u0131, ekolojik kayg\u0131lar, bitki sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerine d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc san\u0131yorsan\u0131z yan\u0131l\u0131yorsunuz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu bir ger\u00e7ek ki iyi mikroplar\u0131n olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir yerde hastal\u0131k mikroplar\u0131 yay\u0131lmaya ba\u015flar. Olay\u0131n ortam asiditesi ile de ilgisi var ama kafan\u0131z\u0131 fazla yormayaca\u011f\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n bir di\u011fer iyi taraf\u0131 ise mikrobiyolojiye dikkat \u00e7ekmesi. Y\u0131llard\u0131r bu konularda yaz\u0131p \u00e7iziyorum, \u00f6r\u00fctba\u011f\u0131 tonla \u00f6rnekle dolu ama halen daha ticari \u00e7iftliklerin bu y\u00f6ndeki uygulamalar\u0131 \u00e7ok yetersiz veya hi\u00e7 yok. Mikrobiyoloji topra\u011fa do\u011furganl\u0131k katan \u015fey ve topra\u011f\u0131n\u0131z canl\u0131 de\u011filse \u00fczerinde yeti\u015fen \u015feyin de canl\u0131 olmas\u0131na imk\u00e2n yok.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ster sentetik olsun, ister do\u011fal g\u00fcbre, hepsinin fazlas\u0131 zarar. G\u00fcbrenin mahiyeti ve at\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemleri bilmek ise ba\u015fka bir problem. Ben evde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m s\u0131v\u0131 bal\u0131k g\u00fcbresini \u00e7ok az kullan\u0131yorum. Neredeyse aromaterapi miktarlar\u0131ndan bahsediyoruz. B\u00f6ylece azot ve di\u011fer besinler ak\u0131p gitmiyor (kirlilik yaratm\u0131yor). \u0130rfan \u00e7ay\u0131 ve yabani ot \u00e7aylar\u0131n\u0131 taze ve suland\u0131rarak kullan\u0131yorum. Zaten toprak dengesini bulunca bunlara bile ihtiya\u00e7 kalm\u0131yor. Arada bir desteklense yeterli. Ayr\u0131ca mineral deste\u011fi de unutulmamal\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc toprakta mineral yoksullu\u011fu varsa bakteri ve mantarlarda iyi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fam\u0131yor.
